Dr. Bruce A. Wood, DO

EDUCATION
Many of McDonough’s citizens know and love Dr. Bruce Wood. They appreciate his warm, relaxed manner and sense of humor. More than anything else, however, it is his sense of compassion that inspires so much loyalty from both staff and patients. On a professional level, he is Board Certified in Family Practice and has more than 20 years experience. Dr. Wood sees patients of all ages. Born in Alma, Michigan, Dr. Wood completed medical school in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1980. From there he interned at Carson City Hospital in Carson City, Michigan, and completed his residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Tucker, Georgia.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Wood enjoys numerous sports activities, especially football, and is an active member of his church. |
